Product service is available free of cost, within six months from the date of purchase. Product should not be in damaged condition. Shipping and Courier charges will be applicable to customers outside Mumbai Region.

 

  RETURN & REFUND TERMS

 

We at Art Tech Jewels (for brands, BALZO and AARIS) want you to be completely satisfied with our products, but we understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned for some reason. No worries - we are here to help!   

 

  SIMPLE AND EASY RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. A customer can send a "Return Request" via a single email to eshop@art-tech.in within 48 hours of receiving the order. The request will be processed straightaway by us - no questions asked!
      
     
  2. In reply to mail of Return Request, the customer will receive a response email from us with procedure of processing "Return Pick-up".  This email will include "Return Pack List Document (Shipment Label)" which has to be printed by the customer.
      
     
  3. After printing the Shipment Label, the customer can keep the parcel ready by re-packing with original packaging and firmly stick the "Shipment Label" on it which should be readable and inform us by email
      
     
  4. When we receive customer email, we will arrange pickup within 3 working days by courier company, who will pickup the package on scheduled date and time (excluding Sundays).
      
     
  5. The "Return pickup" will be without any additional cost to the customer.


  6. The request for changing Ring Size change should be placed within 48 hours of receiving the order. The change of Ring Size will be applicable only in case the stock is available. The process may take from 7 to 14 days. The standard extra courier charges will be applicable.
      
     
  7. Though we assure full refund within 7 - 10 working days after receiving the product in good condition and without any damage, the bank transaction may take few more extra days as per their procedure.  The amount will be refunded in same debit or credit card account of customer, from which the payment is made.
